In partnership with Working Families, The Jobshare Revolution has launched what aims to be the biggest-ever survey of job sharing in the UK, and we want to hear from jobsharers across the country.

Job sharing can be transformative, but experiences differ. This survey is about capturing the real stories behind job sharing - the positives, the challenges, and everything in between.

The survey aims to understand:

• Who job shares in the UK

• What job sharing is really like in practice

• The benefits and challenges job sharers experience

• How job sharing can be better supported

The results will shape future work with employers and policymakers, raise awareness of job sharing among employees, and help improve the job share experience across the UK.
