The Jobshare Revolution Fractional Finance Support
Chloe Fletcher and Laura Walker are redefining what fractional finance looks like.
Together, as a jobshare partnership, Chloe and Laura provide fractional finance support with more than twice the impact!
Chloe & Laura have over 20 years experience each in a career that spans large businesses – Cadbury, Deloitte and Asda – as well as charities (Citizens Advice & Law Centre Leeds, Older Citizens Advocacy York, Charterpath, York Community Furniture Store) and SMEs (Tanglewood Games).
Separately at Asda, they held many finance and change roles, including Director of Risk & Audit and Food Financial Controller (Laura) and Finance Director – George Clothing (Chloe).
Together, they then jobshared roles as Finance Shared Services Director and Finance Transformation Director. They led the Finance Transformation programme at Asda – including a full finance operating model reset and the change management approach for the largest tech implementation in UK retail history.
After leaving Asda, they have not only set up their own flexible consultancy business, they also support a number of charitable and SME organisations on a fractional basis. They combine commercial thinking, controls and governance expertise and deep change leadership knowledge to provide support to clients with a hands-on but people centred approach. They have the technical capability of finance folk – but break the mould of what finance can look like!
